Generate drawings in grasshopper

Hi there,

I’m quite new with VisualArq and was wondering if it is possible to dynamically setup a drawing without baking the geometry. I can’t seem to find an example where this happens.

Let me explain the situation:
I have an object of which I need to generate multiple variants and of those variants I need to generate drawings. I would like to create visualArq objects in grasshopper with hatches and annotation and then show these in plan and sections on a layout.

Is this possible?

Hi @merijndeleur,

Unfortunately this is not possible. Dynamic drawings like section views with GH can only be done with baked geometry. So you will have to bake each variant and then set up the drawings.
