This is an odd problem. Both on my phone and my desktop, when I first go into the gallery, it overlays many topic “boxes” on top of eachother all at the top of the page.
If I refresh, it displays normally again. It only started happening recently.

Actually, it seems random what ends up on top. Glad it’s not just me.
