Fusion 360 .f3d files into Rhino?

I did a search and could not find…

Is there a way to import into Rhino 5, a Fusion 360 .3fd file other than converting it to an .stl?

Okay, I didn’t explain right… I have the .3fd file, but not fusion…

Very late reply, but you could install and run the free Fusion 360 for personal use, and then save as STEP.

Here’s one that I’ve used in the past. Website is GrabCAD. It started out as a website for 3D models for which they now have something called GrabCAD Workbench. You can upload the file and then convert and download it to whatever file format is needed.
