Format area text field

I’m modeling in cm but want to display area in m²
Is there a way to format the area text field? And/or is there a way to include calculations and rounding?

Hello - V7/WIP allows units in the Area, Length and Volume text fields.

Is there maybe a way to self implement this function in Rhino 6? (Maybe with c#?)

We are working on a big project and i‘m not sure if it is a good idea to work in the WIP version?
