Flipped surface after Sweep1 or Sweep2

I often get flipped surfaces when sweeping. This seems unpredictable. Is there a way to determine the what the face direction will be in advance?

Hi Dennis - looks like + U is set by the section curve order. + V is set in Sweep1 to the shape curve side if that is clear and curve direction of the first shape curve if it is not. Testing guaranteed non-scientific.
