Finding this menu in grasshopper for mac?

Does anyone know how to access this little hover-menu in grasshopper. Im folowing a tutorial and cant access it myself. Thanks

This is called Radial Menu, pressing ⌥space should bring this menu in Mac.

Grasshopper macOS Keyboard Shortcuts

In the latest RhinoWIP, we have fixed a bug that caused some of the default Grasshopper keyboard shortcuts to override some critical macOS keyboard shortcuts (think Command+Q).
