Fillet Curve Inconsistency

I have a simple Voronoi pattern and I am attempting to fillet all the curves that it is producing. I have noticed an inconsistency in the fillet radius, some are larger than others, and some are not filleting at all. I tried exploding and rejoining the curves and this did not help.

I highlighted some of the instances in the photo above. Does anyone know why this happens? or how to resolve? Thanks in advance for any help!!

Look at the control polygon of the curves going into the fillet component…

You can offset inwards and outwards with round corners…

There are some points that overlap or are too close together.

P.S. Use “periodic” NURBS curves as inner edge.
