cat stepped on the laptop and the file suddenly closed. the onedrive autosaved a file .3dm.rhl and i would like to know if theres a way to open this file and recover the last autosaved version. the backup model was not the latest version
The .rhl file is just to signify a file is “in use” and “locked,” there’s nothing in it. The actual autosaved files are…well they’re buried in the Autosave folder in your AppData. But if should automatically find and open that on reopening Rhino, if there is one.

%LOCALAPPDATA%\McNeel\Rhinoceros\7.0\AutoSave
or in the Recycle Bin.
