Fbx import into rhino

hey, I want to import this fbx file into rhino 8 but I can’t see anything and select all shows me nothing selected. I can view the city in blender, am I missing something?

I just tried importing it in Blender - there’s nothing in it.

I opened the file in a text editor, and there doesn’t appear to be much in there if anything.

After import into Blender, and with the FBX file opened in text editor:
