Extruder ball not appearing on gumball

Hi All,

Tried googling this but nothing came up–i’ve been doing the McNeel rhino tutorial videos and often my gumball does not look like the one in the video. Sometimes my scale handles do not show up (but sometimes they do), and i’ve never seen the extruder handles on my gumball. Am using Rhino 5 on a Mac. Is this a settings issue? Any help be greatly appreciated!

Both of those are Rhino 5 issues - V5 Gumball did not have extrude handles, and the occasionally disappearing scale handles were a display glitch.

Ah ok. Maybe I’ll update my OS and download V6. Is there any workaround for the display glitch? Such as a command to make scale handles appear?
