Extrude curve upon surface

Hi all, a little stuck here.

I’m trying to connect this two curves and loft them. But I simply cant figure it out how. I tried a lot of ways.

OBS.: This surface is continuous, this retangular hole was made by projecting a base of a box.

Can anyone help me with that?

Connect one “i” to the loft component and the other using Shift (Maj of the Keybord).
Or use a Merge component
