I just downloaded Rhino for mac and my computer is new. The software is so slow. It takes 3 seconds for it to react to a simple thing like zooming in.
computer:
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)
3 GHz Intel Core i7
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
I tryed:
Restarting
Reducing the file size
Erasing Unnecessary lines
Wire frame view
Reinstalling it
Nothing works.
Sounds frustrating (and abnormal). Could you do us a favor? Navigate to Rhinoceros > About Rhinoceros… > More info… > Copy to Clipboard. Then paste the contents into a reply here? We’d like to take a look at some basic information to see what sort of bug is going on here.
Are you running a Space Pilot 3D mouse?

What did you do or change that has “worked”?
It turns out i was using a sketch up model in rhino . Thats what made it slow
So it was a very large mesh file?
