Extract points from a grid that are inside a surface

Hi,

I am struggling with how to extract all the points from a grid that are on a surface.
The problem I’m having is I only want to keep all the points that are in the surface area. The right shape is the one I draw manually to show how the end result should be. I really appreciate if you can help me.

look for point in curve component or point in brep (extrude your brep so it’s a closed brep for the inclusion test) and cull out what isn’t inside it
