Export file as a TIF

Hello there. I was given a Rhino file by our architect. We need to convert this file into a raster format (TIF file) in order to use it in a HEC RAS model. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could convert the file into the proper format for my intended use?

You might consider printing the file to an image file.
