Error Loading RhinoCore.dll

In here the WIP doesn’t start after the automatically downloaded update:

Repair installation didn’t help.

This is what I see in Settings - Apps:

Starting the WIP in safe mode gives this:

So I uninstalled the WIP, rebooted and installed the downloaded installer.
No luck.

It did, thank you.

But it’s interesting.
The former WIP release ran, and so did V8.
After installing the new WIP the WIP failed, while V8 ran.
