Nevermind. Clicking Details again and choosing Never load in the next pop-up correctly populates Microscribe Digitizer plugin name in the option - plugins list and unchecks it.
Is your Rhino WIP installed in Program Files\Rhino WIP? If so, please uninstall the WIP and reinstall it (repair isn’t enough). This will move it to Program Files\Rhino 7 WIP and should fix this problem. Please let me know if it doesn’t.
