In the enclosed file, you will see two edges circled in red that will not fillet. They will not even select for filleting. Can someone tell me what’s going on?

have thought the boolean union would work if that surface wasn’t attached.
One more thing on the new attachment. The circled corner has a messed up fillet. This is due to some local naked edges which I’ve now fixed. However, I now can’t get the fillet right without backing up a long ways. Is there a easy way to fix this?

Hi Rex, yes - to clean up, DupEdge and SimplifyCrv an edge of one ofthe existing fillets and Revolve that 90 degrees:
Use the edges of that surface to trim the ‘parent’ polysurface
