Duplicated Blocks/Instances when using 3DM Importer add-on in Blender

Hi there,

I was hoping something could help me out as I’m fairly new with the Rhino to Blender workflow.

I noticed that whenever I need to make updates to my imported model inside Blender, upon re-importing via the Jester King add-on, everything gets updated nicely without affecting my textures/materials applied inside Blender. However, I noticed that all the blocks (created in Rhino) get duplicated in the same spot inside my Blender model.

Another question is, when I click on the blocks inside Blender (or I guess they call it Instances), I cannot hit the usual Tab button to edit materials/textures. I would have to unhide all the source Instances located at the World Origin of my file. Is there an easier work around for this? Ie. directly edit the instances at the spot of the mode rather than the source?

I’ve attached my Blender file in case anyone would be kind enough to look at it.

Thanks in advance!

Andy
