I’m trying to divide a 3d surface into a grid of exactly 1m x 1m rectangular panels. I’ve generated iso curves along the U and V directions using the ‘IsoCurve’ command. I then divided these iso curves using the ‘Divide Length’ component set to 1000mm. From the divided points, I created lines and projected them onto the surface using the ‘Project Curve to Surface’ command. However, the resulting yellow lines, which represent the panel edges, are slightly off-size. I’ve also tried using the lunchbox & Squish components to adjust the panel dimensions, but I haven’t been able to achieve perfect accuracy. I’ve attached images of my previous attempts. Could you guys please suggest a more effective approach?"
