Display error in Visual ARQ- Object seen as black

Hello!

I’m making a 3d model using visual arq 3, and some of beams became black.

Can anyone please let me know how to finx this?

Thanks!

Hi @Sooyeon can you share that 3dm file?

I’ve just sent it to visualarq@asuni.com. Thank you!

Got the file, thanks!
There seems to be some boolean issues with some of those beams. We will investigate why that’s happening and fix it. I’ll keep you posted.

Noted. Thanks a lot!

hello @fsalla have you been able to get to the bottom of the issue?

I see the same behaviour and can not tell why this happens.

Making a simple truss, one element always turns black, depending on changing the “start cut plane” and the “end cut plane” some elements even disappear..

→ follow up question, can I disable the auto-cutting of the profiles?

Hi @Sebastian_Wimmer can you share that file with the “black” beam? which VisualARQ version are you using right now? Check if this happens with the 3.6 update: Update - VisualARQ

If the end points of two beams are not coincident, they won’t join, and won’t cut.
