Discrepancy of Enable clipping planes between display and make2d

I want to cut cross section showing several 3D objects to check whether they clash or not by following sequence:

  1. Enable a pair of clipping planes.
  2. Make2D
  3. Export to DWG
    However, I found “Make2D” cannot function properly as discrepancy shown attached.
    Why?
