Disappearing floating panels on second screen windows

If I detach a panel and place it on my second screen then switch apps using the task bar on first screen the panel will disappear.
The only way to get it back is to reattattach to side bar.
Not really possible to work across 2 screens at this point.

Adding to this - When rhino is Launched, the affected panels will briefly appear on the second screen, then will disappear again. Re- pin and re-launch required

Excellent. That seems to fix, and windows stay as rhino boots now.
I will monitor it in use…
