Can I somehow disable dragging objects in Rhino viewport(s)?
Better than that:
Put the number of pixels that allows you to never drag accidently, but still works if you really want to.

By the power of deduction if you uncheck this you should get all objects (even the ones that you have not selected) to drag behind the cursor.
