Hi there,
Do anyone think there would be a possibility via a script to disable a component on a kind of “mouseDown” function that could be assigned to a slider.
The goal being to disable hungry components when changing values (and viewing results) for others less demanding but linked, and then re-enable it on mouseUp.
I guess this is related to Grasshopper.
I’m not sure if it works on a mac but Metahopper has the tools to do that.

Yes, it works on mac.
Also from Mehahopper
Group Toggle component can enable/disable all components that are in the same group with it (also can turn preview on/off, right-click to toggle between modes).

Yeah I don’t understand it’s not part of GH, at least a warning when solution takes who knows how long or when you make a wrong wiring even though the autosave.
Great tool anyway.
