Dimmed Horizontal and Vertical Lines Perpendicular to View

I am having display issues with horizontal and vertical lines only. For some reason, regardless of new, if the line is perfectly horizontal or vertical to the view, it will dim out to almost nothing, but the rest of the lines/curves are all fine. If I take the below view and just slightly rotate it in the 3D, the lines will be fine since they are not horizontal or vertical to the view.

I have looked thru the wireframe display settings with no luck. Can somebody please point me in the right direction?

I have also noticed this on both of my systems, a laptop and desktop with different configurations. I have also tried different Display modes and it does not seem to change it. Is this a bug?

Hi Christopher - does it look better if you set curve width to 2 for the display mode?

-Pascal

That is interesting. It worked at 2.0, so I tried different numbers. It works great at 0.95, then goes bad at 1.00, does better as I go up, but as you can barely see at 1.55, it’s still slightly dimmed, but back to normal at 1.60.

Hi Cristopher - what if you change the setting above fromn ‘Use object’s width’ to ‘Pixels’?

-Pascal

That fixed it too at line scale 1.00.

-Thanks
