i want to scale the text in layout but this change the top and the others views
how can i change te text in layout but in top is the same scale?

Go to Document Properties > Annotation. On the main page there, there is a setting for scaling text, dimensions, and leaders.
Try to keep all of your annotation and dimensions within the layout space, this way all your text and dimensions etc are the correct scale even if your layout details are various scales 1:25 or 1:50 etc. If you create your layout space to scale - A1, A2, A3 etc all your text can be 12pt or similar.
Text within model space it is scaled with the drawing so unless your detail view within the layout is 1:1 it’s always going to change size/scale.
I hope that makes sense, it can be a tricky one to get your head around but well worth the effort.
