When I have a detail window in rhino (layout space) and I want to scale it by moving control points the content moves as well even though I want it to stay in place. This does not happen all the time, but most of the time - so I guess there must be a way to toggle between the two options. This has nothing to do with locking the viewport though. Where can I control this?

At the moment the detail view doesn’t rescale if is an orthogonal view.
It rescale when is a prospective view.
I agree that could be interesting to have this function. We may ask @rajaa if she think would be possible to use a combination of keys to achieve this.
Maybe control+drag ?
Wonderfully to have the scale shown while dragging and the snaps to standards scale.
It is super annoying that perspective views re-scale when adjusting detail window size. This seems like abnormal behavior to me. Can this be changed?
