Deleting unnecessary face

Hi, i have a problem. I can not delete edge on surface. I tried splitface to merge later two faces together but it faild. i tried “Split surface by isocurve” but nothing was happend. how to delete edge on surface?
i have a issue when i try to fillet surface. One face is not deleting itself and it covers the fillet

Please try to use DupEdge to extract three 3 edges showing as blow, then use these curves to split the area you mentioned earlier

For your current case, please try to run MergeAllCoplanarFaces before you run FilletEdge command.
