Hello all, I noticed for a while now that the toolbar layout taken from the same Default file appear different in the two versions (Rhino 7, Rhino Inside Revit).
Check out the two screengrabs for comparison, would somebody know where this is coming from ?
I already tried to reset to default, erase and save again the default file. The issue keeps coming back.
I have to manually reorganize the Rhino Inside Revit Toolbar layout every time.
I unchecked that behavior and now both versions use the same toolbar layout, streamlined and simplified.
Is that option On by default ? I don’t remember touching it, seems like it should be off by default so users don’t create different settings without knowing it.
Are you opening your GH file inside of Rhino.Inside.Revit or a standalone instance of Rhino?
Revit works in a particular units, this setting allows the user to open up in the correct units per their Revit file (decimal feet for example), when opening vanilla Rhino they may prefer inches.
I opened it in Revit of course, sure I don’t deny the appeal of this function, I am just saying that for people that don’t need it, it should be turned off by default since it seems to cause a lot of issues (Ref previous messages)
I’ll try to uninstall and reinstall, just a lot of time lost
Thanks but I already mentioned that I tried to uninstall reinstall. I already downloaded the latest version RhinoInside.Revit_1.14.8472.18320. No improvements.
Problems appeared right after I unchecked that box.
