Default Tool Palette Icons Not Shown?

Hi, I’m running into a bit of a UI problem in which my Tool Palette incorrectly displays the default tools that are shown when the software is first downloaded. It looks a little something like this:

Has anyone got an idea as to how this came to be or what I could do to “reset” the Tool Palette?

it looks as if your theme setting may have been changed… if you go:

Rhinoceros -> Preferences -> Themes

the default setting for Sidebar Palette is Main+Standard

yours is set to Layer i think.
