I have tried running Rhino 8 in Windows 10 safe mode, but this bug is still there. Would that rule out a driver problem? Also Rhino in safemode didn’t make a difference.
Who at McNeel should I best address to atleast get this bug on the radar and added to Youtrack?
I think I have found a way for you to reproduce this bug! I have been comparing the language settings of my laptop to my PC and found a difference.
The keyboard of my PC was set to United States - International keyboard where my laptop was set to US keyboard
Setting the keyboard to United States - International keyboard will enable the shortcuts for special characters that cause the conflict with the Rhino 8 shortcuts.
So as a workaround the keyboard can be changed, which is great!
As it is a workaround and others may still experience this bug, please try to reproduce it so it can be fixed.
