Custom colour

Hello,
Is it possible to create a custom colour? I mean, I would like to have a “named” colour, or even my own palette of colours, and I would like to change the properties of such element. I use quite a lot of elements (the Visual ARQ elements) and their properties are set “by level”. Then, when I want to change the colour of a level I have to change properties of all elements… With the named colour it would be enough to change properties of the colour, ie. its HSV or RGB values.
I use the Rhino 5…
