Curve through points in order

Hi, im new in grasshopper and need some help with my model. I need to get this (image)

by joining points that are in the same order… the 0s, the 1s, the 2s between them.

Ill upload both GH and rhino files… if theres anything of the previous steps that can help to make the model simpler, i accept help!

It would be better if you kept your data trees organized differently so this wasn’t necessary.
