I’ve tried some methods but couldn’t achieve the goal. I’m new to grasshopper.
there are many, many ways.
but here it looks like you would want to map the ripples onto a surface that is manipulated by hand in the rhino model space. so here is a suggestion how to do this. creating the gradient in height of the ripples is a bit tricky, maybe there are more elegant ways to do it, but a graph mapper for control is certainly the way to go imho. if you are new to gh, then you will need some time to inspect enjoy it!
