How can I model my Rhino model in Grasshopper?

Hi guys,

In the following picture you can see my Rhino model:

Does anyone have any ideas how i can model the circled part in Grasshopper on the easiest way? I already have the bottom part in Grasshopper. All files are attached.

what exactly do you want to achieve? i imagine you want to iterate over some versions of that, but what are your design goals?

I would like to model the frame with the boxes so that I can delete the boxes that are not needed.
