Creating a mesh/brep out of multiple points

hello folks , so i have been trying to create a random tower shape out of random points moved up , i tried delauney mesh , but the result was too pointy and i didnt need that , the result i want is something triangulated just like proximity 3d gives the 2d lines , but i just want a closed mesh at the end , any help please?
