I’m consistently crashing Rhino (22th November version) when deleting Layout Tabs.
This happens only when keyboard input is used as the method for deleting them.
That is:
RMB click on a layout tab:
Hit the D key (as many times as necessary) to highlight Delete.
Hit Enter
Hit the Y key to confirm deletion.
When all layout tabs have been deleted, Rhino goes down after popping up this dialog:
