Crashes when opening files or when rendering or with make2d command

As stated in the title I am getting constant crashes when hitting the rendering tab, when I actually get to render it lags massively and spikes the cpu usage all the way up to 80%. I have gotten make2d crashes closing the software altogether and after the crash just by running rhino again I get another crash. This loop usually ends in BSOD. I am using my older laptop to render but if I spent this much in a desktop I would appreciate being able to run it. I hope is ignorance on my side as to what are the best settings to run the software. Please help. Thank you in advance. Here is the system info:

I don’t think your Windows is up-to-date.

BSOD’s are not caused by ordinary software bugs, something is seriously misconfigured or physically failing.

My old webcam caused bsod when i was running Rhino only usually you can find the culprit when you search the error code

Something about incompatible drivers with current os it’s very unexpected and random as you are not even running the webcam
