Hi Nathan,
I encounter the exact same problem since the last few updates. The Rhino instance disappears without any crash report, Autosave or anything that would give any information. It might be .NET7? It happens only in cycles view, but mostly after about 5 or 6 seconds, even for extremely simple geometry. setting a camera focus point makes it crash faster (not measured, but from sensation) here my sysinfo:

Thank you very much in advance if you take the time to look into this problem.

UPDATE: I’ve just updated the nvidia driver (creator driver, not gaming driver) and it now takes about 8 seconds before crashing AND gives the following info before crashing:
Cycles: fallback to CPU, kernel still compiling
therefor these infos in sysInfo change:
Standard graphics configuration.
Primary display and OpenGL: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti (NVidia) Memory: 12GB, Driver date: 7-14-2025 (M-D-Y). OpenGL Ver: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 577.00
> Accelerated graphics device with 4 adapter port(s)
- Windows Main Display attached to adapter port 0
- Secondary monitor attached to adapter port 1
- Secondary monitor attached to adapter port #2
2nd UPDATE:
I’ve been able to send in a crash report. done it twice. should i continue to send them while testing or do you prefer not to be spammed?
