Copying objects across Rhino instances (bug?)

Hi,

In a Rhino file I copy (crtl+C) an object that is, for example, in “layer A”, while the active layer is “layer B”. When pasting to another Rhino file a new empty “layer B” is created, even though no objects were copied in that layer.

Yep… Rhino has been this way for as long as I can remember… The current layer is always copied. I’ll make a “papercut” buglist item for this.
