Copy/paste slow on Rhino WIP

On PC I experience same problem!

Rhino WIP is sooo slow when it comes to copy/paste even the most simple
geometry, eg. a circle. In Rhino 6 it takes around a second to paste a circle from
the clipboard, in Rhino WIP it takes 6-7 seconds, so if optional I’m alt-tapping while
dragging instead, since this still works without lagging…!

This is being worked on for V7. It looks like it has to do with the display actually.

Copy + Paste taking a long time

I’ve seen some older threads regarding this issue but none that are recent, when I copy and paste in Rhino6 it takes quite a while even with very basic geometry. I have launched Rhino in safe mode, and it is completely fine and speedy, I have also tried disabling extra plugins and it seems to help but only very slightly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Use the Copy command in Rhino instead of Copy to clipboard/Paste.
