I’m trying to copy/paste same Legend to several views. It seems Legend can’t be treated as a “Component Family” (sort of understand why), and duplicate element doesn’t have any view input.
Is there a way to achieve this, or legend is on the feature list?
Support in the Revit API is very limited for Legends, there isn’t a way to directly create a legend.
But if you want to place them on sheets, use the Add Viewport Component.

If we are talking about Color Fill Legends can be copied using ‘Clone Element’.
‘Clone Element’ do have an additional optional input to specify the ‘View’.
Zoom in until you see some plus sign on the component.
Thank you Kike! That is some thing I probably will run into in the future. I did zoomed in and didn’t see it when I post this thread. Probably a glitch hits my brain.
