Copy hierarchy of layer/sublayers of selected objects to new/selected parent layer

Hi there :slight_smile:

I find myself often with very large Rhino projects where I want to copy a bunch of selected objects and their layer structure to a new selected layer. The new selected layer acts as the parent layer for the copied objects and their layer structure.
Is this possible to implement?

The duplicate layers and sublayer objects is very useful, but it duplicates ALL the objects on all sublayers, instead of just the selected objects and their own layers.

Hello - currently, what you’ve seen is what is possible as far as I know, unless you want to create a script, which is probably possible.
