Converting Revit Geometry to Rhino

I found this good youtube video in converting Revit Geometry to Rhino Geometry, but is there a new version of this? I am using a newer version of Rhino.

I would also like to know how convert to Rhino Geometry to Revit Geometry. Please let me know.
