Convert textures to vrmat textures

Hi,
Is it possible to convert vismat file to vrmat file? I’ve tried to rename those textures to vrmat but that didn’t work. I also read that I can import the scene from another software and it would convert automatically, but I don’t have any other modeling software like sketchup to import the scene from…

in that case the materials are from a too old version for conversion

Thank you, can you please detail how to use the converter? I tried to open the vismat with that conversion tool, but I still cannot load the material into my rhino file.

It is a command line executable - you specify an input .vismat and an output .vrmat and the tool will create the .vrmat
