Controlling slope degree of any curve

I am trying to create a bridge with a gradual slope until a certain point. (in this case from 0m to 6m). At them moment i am visually moving the control points directly in rhino. Any ideas how to cleanly control this with grasshopper?

For example i want the first 8 points to gradually reach a level of 6 meters whiole keeping the rest of the points to the right at 6 meters

you can right click on the graph editor and change the Graph Type :
