Consistent use of nodes Mesh Closest Point and Mesh Eval

there was a problem when using nodes Mesh Closest Point and Mesh Eval
the node Mesh Closest Point works well and the points are projected onto the mesh
but the node Mesh Eval does not work correctly, and the points with normals are not very well defined
Or am I doing something like that?
