Conformal, Mixed-Dimensional and Non-manifold Mesh for FEA Analysis

I want to mesh a structure for FEA analysis.

1. There are two vertical closed surfaces (S1) like this
   

   
   
   I want to use Iguana mesh’s iExtrudeCurve to get the mesh for these two surfaces, but it fails
   
   

2. There are several horizontal surfaces (S2) like this
   

   

3. There are several vertical surfaces (S3) like this
   

   

4. There are hundreds of vertical lines on S1, the 2D mesh of S1 should be conformal to these lines
   

5. S1, S2 and S3 connect together.

I try to use Iguana mesh to do it, but it fails at first step.
