Compression option causes slow file saves why is it not being fixed or acknowledged

Hi,
I reported slow file saves and was told to turn off compression in advanced options. Yet McNeel has released Rhino for purchase and has not fixed this issue.
Hope this gets fixed as now file sizes are doubled for me.

I have the same problem, there is a lot of slowness when saving the file, when the

UseCompressionWhenSaving option is enabled.

Same problem here.
Setting Rhino.Options.Advanced.UseCompressionWhenSaving to false solved the problem.

I’m on an old pc, 350MB now it takes 5 seconds to save… before it was 30/40 seconds!
