Hi @outdoordesigngr, you can use the Lands wall tool (laWall) to create that wall, and run the command for each wall segment. If you don’t project the wall to the terrain, you will avoid it to follow the slope of the terrain. But you will need to bury the walls into the terrain, in the proper elevation.
If you have the option to adjust objects to terrain by default, you can tell an object to do not be adjusted from the Edit Panel:
